Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield
NJ YMCA State Alliance has partnered with Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield to offer discounts and rewards to Horizon and YMCA members. Horizon members can save on their monthly YMCA membership when presenting their Horizon card at participating NJ YMCAs. If you're not a member, the YMCA will also wave your initiation fee when you sign up to be a member.
