Faith T. Beauzile

Faith T. Beauzile serves as the Operations Manager at the New Jersey YMCA State Alliance, where she leads organizational operations and supports the execution of strategic priorities across the organization. In this role, Faith partners closely with the CEO and leadership team to strengthen internal systems, streamline workflows, and ensure alignment across programs, finance, governance, and external engagement efforts.
Prior to stepping into operations leadership, Faith served as Executive Assistant to the CEO, where she provided comprehensive executive support and played a key role in advancing strategic initiatives. Her experience in executive support sharpened her expertise in board coordination, stakeholder engagement, project management, and organizational planning, forming the foundation of her broader operational leadership.
With over 16 years of administrative and operational experience, Faith’s career spans multiple sectors, including behavioral health, education, transportation, and community development. She has held significant roles at respected organizations such as SERV Behavioral Health System, Inc., Isles, Inc., the Metropolitan Transportation Authority, and One Hundred Black Men, Inc., demonstrating her adaptability and ability to drive operational excellence in diverse environments.
Faith brings strong organizational leadership, process improvement expertise, and proficiency across a wide range of technology platforms to enhance efficiency and support mission-driven outcomes. She is passionate about building effective systems, fostering collaboration, and contributing to initiatives that promote growth, inclusion, and positive change.
Beyond her professional responsibilities, Faith enjoys dancing, cooking, and spending time with her family.
