Faith T. Beauzile
Faith T. Beauzile is the Executive Assistant to the CEO at the New Jersey YMCA State Alliance, where she provides comprehensive executive support and contributes to the seamless operation of the leadership team. In this role, Faith manages the CEO’s schedule, coordinates strategic initiatives, and serves as a vital liaison to board members, donors, and key stakeholders.
With over 16 years of administrative expertise, Faith’s career spans multiple sectors, including behavioral health, education, transportation, and community development. She has held significant positions at respected organizations such as SERV Behavioral Health System, Inc., Isles, Inc., the Metropolitan Transportation Authority, and One Hundred Black Men, Inc., showcasing her adaptability and leadership in diverse environments. Faith has deepened her understanding of community engagement and organizational dynamics. Her proficiency with a wide range of software tools allows her to enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and achieve outstanding results. She is passionate about fostering meaningful connections and contributing to initiatives that promote growth, inclusion, and positive change.
