Both grantees and funders benefit from shared learning and resources. Each community is unique; therefore, the geographic, cultural, and economic diversity among grantees enriches the learning network and builds capacity to catalyze community change.
Goals include:
- Advance local policies that create healthy environments and support healthy behavior
- Engage communities that face socio-economic barriers to health
- Increase funds allocated toward primary prevention at a local level
