All Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey Members

(Newark, NJ) - Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey (Horizon BCBSNJ) and the New Jersey YMCA State Alliance are pleased to announce the Gateway Family Membership Program, that entitles all Horizon BCBSNJ members to a free, one-month membership at participating YMCAs throughout New Jersey.

The program is designed to provide families who are new to the YMCA with a special promotion to expose them to the YMCA’s  full array of services.

At the end of the one-month complimentary period, families may choose without any obligation to convert to a full-family membership.  Financial aid is available for those who qualify.

To receive the free one-month membership, Horizon BCBSNJ members can simply show their ID Card with the offer redemption coupon located on the Horizon BCBSNJ web site to any of the participating YMCA facilities.
