The New Jersey Alliance of YMCA’s is a not-for-profit association made up of 44 YMCA’s from the state of New Jersey. We bring the independent YMCA’s of New Jersey together to collaborate and work on areas of mutual benefit in order to strengthen and enhance our individual YMCAs and the collective strength of NJ YMCA’s to better serve the people of New Jersey.

Among our goals is to develop and implement strategic statewide programs and brands which will have a positive impact on solving critical needs and issues in the state of New Jersey, to provide a unified voice to address Public Policy issues, and to fulfill our mission to build strong kids, strong families and strong communities.

Everyday, YMCA staff members and volunteers throughout the state of New Jersey are providing programs and services to children, youth, adults, seniors, families, those with special needs, and others based on the four core values of the YMCA: Caring; Honesty; Respect and Responsibility.
